\u0153ufs (ne pas les battre de trop)<\/li><li>Faire chauffer un po\u00ealon, et y verser les \u0153ufs battus<\/li><li>Battre directement et d\u00e9licatement au fouet quelques minutes, ajouter sel &amp; poivre \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt, et sortir le po\u00ealon du feu<\/li><li>Ajoutez la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de Sauce \u00e0 la truffe<\/li><li>Continuez \u00e0 battre hors du feu tout en raclant bien les bords quelques secondes, puis le remettre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une texture onctueuse<\/li><li>Dressez et ajoutez la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de Truffe noire moulue
